CUSRC runs a week of preseason before Michaelmas term. Preseason consists of a mix of on court sessions, both coached and less structured, as well as a range of fitness sessions. Preseason training is accompanied by a number of socials in the evenings, helping members and new faces get to know each other. This is a great way for the club to hit the ground running and is generally a fun experience for everyone, as well as an opportunity to get some good training in before the workload hits!
